These terms govern your use of the nidhitek.com website, operated by NidhiTek (“we”, “us”). By using the website you accept these terms. Use of the Nerqon software itself is governed by a separate written license agreement between NidhiTek and your organisation — not by this page.

1. The website

This website presents the Nerqon energy management platform and lets you contact us or request a demo. You agree to use it lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt it, probe it for vulnerabilities, or misuse the contact forms (for example, for spam).

2. Product information

We work to keep the product facts on this site accurate and specific — connector lists, deployment characteristics, security controls and similar. Product capabilities nevertheless evolve, and details may change between releases. The authoritative description of what is delivered to you is the one in your license agreement and accompanying documentation, not marketing copy.

3. Demos and evaluations

• Demo access is provided personally after contact and may not be shared with third parties.
• Demo environments contain sample data and are provided “as is” for evaluation only.
• Pilot deployments on your infrastructure are governed by the evaluation terms we agree with you in writing.

4. Intellectual property

Nerqon, the NidhiTek name and logo, and all content on this website (text, graphics, illustrations of the product interface) are the property of NidhiTek. You may not copy, modify or redistribute them except as permitted by law or with our written permission.

5. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NidhiTek is not liable for damages arising from your use of the website or reliance on its contents. Nothing on this page limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Liability in connection with licensed use of the Nerqon software is addressed in the applicable license agreement.

6. Third-party services

The website is served via Cloudflare and uses third-party CDNs for fonts and icons; the demo form is delivered through Web3Forms. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of this website are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
