This policy explains how NidhiTek (“we”, “us”) handles information in connection with the nidhitek.com website and the Nerqon energy management platform. The short version: this website collects almost nothing, and the product is designed so that your operational data never reaches us at all.

1. The Nerqon product: your data stays with you

Nerqon is self-hosted software. It is deployed on your own servers or private cloud, and every component — including the AI language model — runs inside your infrastructure.

• We do not receive, store or process your energy data, database contents, credentials or AI conversations.
• The product makes no cloud API calls for analytics or AI, sends us no telemetry, and can operate fully air-gapped.
• Data protection for information processed inside your Nerqon deployment is governed by your own organisation’s policies, since it takes place entirely on your systems.

2. Information we collect on this website

nidhitek.com is a static website. We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

• Demo and contact requests. If you submit the demo form, we receive the details you enter (name, company, email, phone, message). The form is delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form-forwarding service that processes your submission for delivery. You can always email us directly at info@nidhitek.com instead.
• Theme preference. Your dark/light choice is stored in your browser’s local storage. It never leaves your device.
• Hosting logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process technical data such as IP addresses in standard server logs to serve the site and protect it from abuse.
• Third-party assets. Fonts and icon styles load from Google Fonts and cdnjs (Cloudflare) CDNs; these providers may see standard request metadata (such as your IP address) when serving those files.

3. How we use your information

We use demo and contact details for exactly one purpose: responding to you and arranging the demo or discussion you asked for. We do not sell your details, add you to marketing lists without asking, or share them with third parties except the delivery services described above.

4. Retention

We keep contact correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any ongoing business relationship that follows. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you (which, in practice, is your contact details and correspondence). Write to info@nidhitek.com and we will respond promptly.

6. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the “last updated” date above. Material changes will be noted clearly.
